Program Information Packet and Presentation
The Engineering Directorate at Lawrence Livermore is committed to building a culture of respect and inclusion. They have developed a program dedicated to achieving this goal, the Diversity, and Inclusion (D&I) Council. The multi-format collateral below was designed to communicate to Department Leads and Volunteers the next steps of the program. The content begins with the success of the program, the new aspects, and finally, why the program should continue.

The subject is diversity and inclusion so I wanted to make it people-focused and fun. The bright color palette was to excite the audience and keep them engaged and differentiate from the average information heavy document. Included are bold shapes and vector icons made with Adobe Illustrator. I kept the bright color palette throughout without over saturating the page, just enough to keep the reader moving.

This presentation was directed at an audience of department leaders to share the focus of this important program at the lab and keep it funded. Since there was minimal content I choose bold vector shapes and candid photos to make it visually pleasing. I made sure to include animation on every slide to keep the audience focused while the speaker conveyed details not visible in the slide.
