Conception: A multifunctional complex that under one roof gathers students, pupils, teachers, designers, architects, artists to interact with each other and exchange experiences. Ground floor — a place for lectures, workshops and exhibitions. As well as recreation areas and catering, shops and offices.The remaining floors are comfortable housing for nonresident (foreign) students and teachers.
Architecture: Inspired by modern districts of Europe. Sharp lines and forms, relationship with historical buildings, a clear rhythm and natural materials. Comfortable living rooms and public spaces.
