Four seasons, located in Portland, Oregon was a complete strip and re-clad. Originally built in the 1960's for apartments, Four Seasons was converted into condos in 2004. Water penetration caused extensive rot. I was the project design in this remediation project from schematic design through construction documents to construction administration. I created the drawings, details, 3D models, and specified materials. I also was in charge of the design review submittal to the city as well as the permits. Once construction started, I lead weekly construction meetings, correspondence between the HOA and the construction team, and approved submittals and mock-ups.
