Abhishek Sir is a decently popular Maths teacher and the owner of ABC Coaching classes. He conducts 3–4 classes every day. He also conducts online tests on a regular basis. Between his classes, he also has to manage the queries from his students in the form of a reported question. He finds it challenging to rightly cater to these queries over the email.
Challenge:
In this project, we need to conceptualize and design a dashboard on the test-making account of the premium tutor and to get all the information about questions reported by the students. The tutor will be able to take action on the reported question from the dashboard itself. Also, account for the fact that in most cases Abhishek will ask a data entry faculty to create a test for him. Points to stress on
Re-evaluation of marks and/or ranks;
The test is put in a test series which anyone across the country can attempt.
I have solved the problem on the basis of Value Proposition Design.
