Missouri Employers Mutual provides cost-effective workers compensation insurance for companies of all sizes. The vision is for all workplaces to be safe, healthy and injury-free.

Target audience: Employers and insurance agents in the state of Missouri.
Personality: Friendly, personal, professional, and helpful.

Message: “Confidence at Work.” – Is designed to remind core audiences about the value they bring beyond a policy. That is, when employees know how to be safe and that they're protected, they can do their jobs with confidence. And when employers know their employees are safe, they have confidence in the safety and stability of their workforce. It holds multiple layers of meaning for producers, policyholders, and employees.
Look: Navy blue, orange, faded blue, sky blue, cream, red, hi-vis green, and "swoop", employees working safe.

MY WORK

My job was to create a consistent, compelling brand, through the use of marketing materials. I helped create the brand manual, along with a marketing agency, to help guide employees with personality, messaging, voice, and look. As the Multimedia Specialist my accountabilities are creative execution, brand adherence, creative thinking, and creative direction.
