Located near the intersection of Winnetka Avenue and Plummer Street, in Chatsworth, California. A 1.5 million Square Foot redevelopment Masterplan of the existing former Los Angeles Times Printing Facility Site that will include A 200 room hotel, Housing, a Child care facility and a host of other amenities. Phase One due to start construction in late 2008 will be the conversion and renovation of the 250,000 square foot existing Printing Facility that will also include the addition of approximately 150,000 sq. ft. on two level above the existing structure. Phase one will include creative office space and support functions, as well as providing amenities to the new offices including food service/dining, fitness center/lockers, childcare and a film and sound stage
