Design Subject 3 - Student city
Our building includes the three main functions of the student city area: dormitory, office, community building. In parallel with the service road the office building was designed, the dormitory is located further inland with the view of to the Danube; The two buildings are connected from the 4th level by community parts. A staircase from the underground garage leads up to the office, which defines the core of the building. At the dormitory, our goal was to design residential units that could be easily converted to be suitable for students, young couples and families as well.
The project is located next to the Soroksári road, in Budapest, Hungary.
