Impact Housing Corporation's Affordable Housing Project

International businessman Hilt Tatum IV has served as founder, president, and CEO of iPoint Capital Partners in Panama City for the past 14 years. Hilt Tatum IV also serves as chief executive officer of the Impact Housing Corporation, which develops projects within the flourishing real estate market in Panama.

Impact Housing Corporation strives to achieve a positive social impact in Panama through the construction of several affordable housing communities. Over the next 10 years, the firm plans to invest more than $250 million in three housing projects, including The Dream of Soná in Sona, Veraguas, which comprises 100 hectares of combined residential and commercial space. The project will include 2200 homes and is slated to be completed in 2024.

The second project is The Dreams of Santiago, located on 77 hectares in Santiago, Veraguas. More than 2000 homes will be constructed on the site, each with a starting price of $50,000. The third project, the Santiago Reserve, is currently in planning stages.
