Programming, planning, design, and construction documentation for a new performing arts facility dedicated to musical theater.

The faceted facade evokes a piano keybord in motion, while drawing the audience and site into the three-story lobby.

A very tight site limited the design options, but includes a 680-seat end-stage proscenium theater with fly tower.
