One of my assignements for Viion - an e-learning software platform provider - was to create the Viion HQ. Viion as a company is deeply connected to the idea of virtual worlds, so it made sense to have a virtual representation of what the company stands for, what it represents. The Viion HQ also doubles up as a sort of a playground where new functionality can be implemented, tested, and showcased to prospect clients
The Viion HQ is made up of different spaces each with its own purpose; offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, lounges and even a museum
Viion is about learning and recontextualizing existing knowledge to enable better decision-making, so a lot of the decoration uses optical illusions and other tricks as a metaphor for that process. The random shapes and lines distinctly show specific motifs and seem to behave more consistently once their secret is explained

This approach - deeply rooted in cognitive science - is in fact so important that we decided to create a museum space that highlights some of most important milestones in human cognition, like the invention of writing, democracy or the Internet
The Viion HQ was created to be expansible and evolve over time. I was in charge of designing and modelling the building according to an evolving spec by the Viion team
