Identity and Branding

Triple Crown Sports wanted a new bright and clean brand that featured their student athletes' achievements while retaining their existing, recognized logo and still being simple enough for their in-house team to quickly and easily execute through a variety of applications. The brand colors were inspired from the fields and playing surfaces while still being bright and fun enough to appeal to their young audience. Brand elements included event guide covers, ad templates, business cards, website re-skin, eblast templates, and digital newsletter templates.
Every year, Epsilon Sigma Alpha non-profit sorority hosts their International Convention with a fun, unique theme. In 2013, they took one of their membership's favorite treats, chocolate, and created an event around it. The "For the Love of Chocolate" logo combines two very personable typefaces, a script and a sketched block, with a heart in place of the first "o" to give them the cute and quirky event feel that they were looking for. The chocolate brown used throughout made a lime green pop, especially when reversed out.
The owners of Sixty-Five Elk Track in Beaver Creek, Colorado were converting their house into a bed and breakfast and wanted a simple yet rustic logo representing the heritage of the area that could easily be embroidered onto souvenirs.
The Maryland Clean Energy Center wanted a logo that would represent the five different methods they use to acquire clean energy. Each block has a simple illustration and color representing the energy types that can then be cropped on the various brand components.
This clean brand was built out to showcase the elegance of the the new condominium in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. While the Edgemont brand needed to be sophisticated with a modern edge, it also needed to blend well with it's sister property, Bear Claw Condominiums', existing logo and brand. A full set of Edgemont-only brand materials were built
out, including multiple envelope styles and sizes, letterhead, notepads, note cards, business cards, welcome cards, and in-unit materials, in addition to Bear Claw and Edgemont co-branded materials such as the shuttle-request cards and shuttle bus branding.
The Mason Street Corridor is a transportation project in Fort Collins, Colorado limiting traffic to bus, bike, and foot traffic only. Mason Street buildings have begun undergoing rebuilds and remodels to create a fresh, modern feel to the street with high-end restaurants and arts scene. In this exercise, the colors chosen reflect the natural stone and brick colors currently going up on Mason Street with a receding corridor moving away from the viewer through the stone-colored C and M which is repeated in the signage and bus passes.
Sweets Cosmetics is a local Fort Collins, Colorado cosmetics company looking to grow their brand through increasing media exposure and store placements. Because of this influx in coverage, the girls wanted to elevate their branding from their hand-drawn columbine flower. This logo kept the essence of the original logo alive while refining and adding elegance and color to appeal to their primarily female young adult audience.
