Performing Arts Center

Inspired by ballet moves and poses, this arts center clearly reflects the idea of floating masses standing on the ground with minimum number of points .

This Iconic building is built with a structural challenge, which is to hold a floating theatre in the air. so the only way to achieve this is by using a core and vierendeel system with hanging columns and a steel diagrid to smoothly transfer the loads of the auditorium and other spaces to the ground.

The project includes:

- Main theatre

- concert halls

- Cafeteria

- Performers' spaces

-Administrative offices

-Educational classrooms and halls.
