Project Miraflor is a 4-storey residence with roof deck and mezzanine situated in Tondo, Manila. The project requires basic spaces necessary for a family of 5 with dogs. With the given site configuration, the challenge is to include special requirements such as an office space just above the ground floor and storage space together with a 2-car garage. The narrow lot of 5 meters wide requires careful space planning ideas to fit-in all the required space of the owner.

The second floor contains the living, dining, kitchen, maid’s room and a common toilet & bath. the next floor contains the master bedroom, a guest room and dog’s room with common t&b as requested by the owner. Kid’s bedroom will be situated on the fourth floor while the roof deck contains 1 bedroom and a toilet & bath as well as a common space for family gatherings.
