Abstract:
The project aims to link between heritage and modernity, east and west through a rising shift. That shift of art is the product of the traditional concepts and thoughts in a contemporary language. Al Azbakeya is a perfect location that has witnessed the transformation of art, culture and heritage from the Fatimid Cairo to the Khedival one. The project would be a place for the state of Creativity of that new work of art.
The project would revive Al Azbakeya Garden through bluring the boundaries between landscape and building while also taking into considerations the important historical history of the site.
Mission:
My Project would Energize People through Reviving their taste and appreciation for Fine Arts, Azbakeya in the past, has hosted numerous events where Artists introduced their work to the community, which in turn valued and appreciated Arts.
Concept:
My Project represents the Modernized Revivalism of the Traditional Arts, it hosts, encourages and stimulates the emotional “Eruption” that usually accompanies the state of Creativity of a new work of art.
