Project: editorial illustration and written article.
My first collaboration with Traveler magazine involved not only illustrating but also writing an article for their monthly section called 'Destino ilustrado' (Illustrated destination). This dedicated full-page section featured a different guest artist each month sharing their personal travel experience through illustrations and writing. For my contribution, I chose to depict my first hiking trip with friends to Lac Blanc in Chamonix. In addition to the illustrations, I also provided the calligraphy for the accompanying text, following my own style. This feature was published in the 115th issue of Traveler magazine in Spain, in July/August 2018.
