Alps | Typographical Poster

This project that began in late April was based around the idea of designing a typographical poster that would help make a short and subtle reference to the Alps, a mountain range stretching across eight different countries in Europe, by the way of a visual style that combines minimalism and simplicity together.

As you will see, the final outcome consists of the letter “A” from the word “Alps” acting as one of the many types of mountains that can be seen across the Alps itself (with the inclusion of snow, grass, trees, and lake water), whilst the other remaining letters pose as standard text-based elements.

Other minor details include the appearance of a sun partially visible from behind the mountain, as well as a shadow that creates an even further level of depth to a poster that has already been heavily reduced to a flat style of design.
