Art Culture: ROM Poster
Introduction

Students capture a series of photos during their visit at the Royal Ontario Museum and chose an image they wanted to depict for the ROM Poster. ROM is a museum filled with collections of artifacts and artworks from around the world. For this project, initial thumbnail sketches were drawn out in preparation for the poster. Going through the thumbnails, the best use of composition I decided to create was an Egypt poster depicting an Egyptian man giving offerings.

Materials

Final Poster
Conclusion/Final Thoughts

This poster was successful in creating the imagery with detailed texture of the stones and portraying the Egyptian man. I also included the hieroglyphs contained on the stone for an added affect. Faber Castell pencil crayons was used throughout the piece while the Egypt and other typography contained used a 0.1 Micron pen for fine lines.
