The concept of the school is in the constant interaction between students of the different arts. For example, musicians and dancers become models for sketches as well as the object of interest for the audience.
The main feature of the school is the existence of rehearsal cubes designed for independent extracurricular work of students of artistic and choreographic departments. Each cube is designed to be sound isolated, thus users do not interfere with other and surrounding as well.
At first it was assumed that the cubes will be located on several single podiums. Though, it was decided to create a platform at a different level for viewers and artists to distinguish between them and passers-by. Each platform connects several rehearsal cubes, that are situated below and above.
First concepts
There are several types of rehearsal cubes. Cubes for dancers (at least 64 square meters), for musical ensembles and groups (the area varies), cubes for single musician.
The School of Arts is located on the rough terrain and consists of two buildings, the school of arts and comprehensive school, connected by a rampant. Each part of the building is provided with an atrium. The atrium with an amphitheater can be called the heart of a comprehensive school building.
