The Needs Assessment was created to understand where the company (Purrfectionary) may be failing in terms of complaints that were made about the customer service. The Needs Assessment creates a Desired State that shows where the company would like to be and the Current State that they are in at the moment.
Project: Infographic
The Infographic was created and displayed for the staff at Purrfectionary and describes some important details about Customer Service skills that can be used prior to the training that the staff will receive.
Project: Instructional Design Blueprint
The ID Blueprint created for Purrfectionary provides problem statements, learning outcomes, what type of media will be used, how it will be delivered and the evaluation of the material that will be presented to the learner.
Project: Proposed Training Video to the client
The video will represent what the staff will learn during the training.
