Critique

From our critique conversations with groups we were told that the picture on the left above was the better of the two, so the critiques were made on that draft. We were told that the lights in the city looked great, but they were too bright. We were also told that a change of typeface would be beneficial to the end result of the project. Another aspect that we were told that looked good was the Hollywood sign and hill in the background.

Present

This poster captures three major aspects of Los Angeles in one picture. It has the skyline of the main areas of LA, the Hollywood sign, and the reference of the Star Walk in Hollywood with the caption transformed into one picture. This is an A project in that there is the combination of the big city and a place like the Hollywood sign. The font is perfect for the project because of it's similarity to the Hollywood sign.
