Roots of Technology
circa 2009
This was designed as a touch screen experience as part of the Roots of Technology - Arabic Inventions display in the King Abdule University of Science and Technology (KAUST) museum in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia.
I worked hard to bring texture into the designs and honour the Arabic heritage through liberal use of patterns ubiquitous in Arab culture. This was a lot of fun, and I learnt a thing or two!
