Be Red Cross Ready and Ready Rating - Carol Chang, Chief Programs Officer, American Red Cross - This is a 1.5 hour break out session around resilience and what it means related in terms of preparedness in the home, the community and at work and the role the attendees can play as leaders.  This exercise will be built around small groups looking at both the impact to their family, work, and helping to guide their thinking about how their skills and leadership can benefit their community
