Created for the World Chess Hall of Fame, our in-house team researched, developed, and implemented a touchscreen interactive display to replace static inductee plaques. Previously limited to a short description on each player, guests can now explore the World & U.S. Chess Hall of Fame inductees through an interactive, multi-touch installation with historical and biographical information, playable games, photography, and highlights from the WCHOF collection.

The framework for the interactive was created from the WCHOF's recently-redesigned website using a kiosk template to display the site vertically, while retaining user accessibility through a custom UI with added search and sort functionality. In collaboration with our in-house developer and IT specialists, the UI was designed for ADA compliance and implemented out-of-the-box technical solutions to accommodate the scope and budget of the project.
