Working with developer Gables Residential and CBT Architects, Halvorson Design has designed the roofdeck amenity space for this multifamily residence in Boston’s Seaport District. A lively amenity terrace for residents will feature a swimming pool, custom planters and terraces, seating features, grill stations, and a yoga area. A portion of the roof will also include a green roof system which will further enhance the stormwater management system by reducing runoff through water absorption by the plant and soil materials.
