A set of forms for the Student Services department at the Visual College of Arts and Design Vancouver were recreated. The intent behind this work was to first make the forms more visually appealing, and secondly to create interactive PDF’s out of the forms in order to facilitate filling them out.  Typefaces and swatches were used as described in the VCAD brand usage guidelines. These forms are easy on the eyes, and are organized and spaces out in a manner that will facilitate the task of filling out forms. Other institutes can derive inspiration from these forms in order to give their own forms a clean and organized look.
