Eli Lilly is the pharmaceutical brand that manufacturers Cialis, a drug to help men with erectile dysfunction problems. 180 was only responsible for above the line work, but a site audit and recommendations I made helped us win the business, design and test a refresh, and eventually to complete a global site redesign.
At the start of the project, I was asked to evaluate the Pan European Cialis site (designed by another agency). I did a full site audit, including setting up testing groups where I assigned profiles to co-workers and asked for their feedback based on the role they were asked to play.
Based on my recommendations, I drew wireframes for a site refresh. Content remained the same, but information architecture, focus, and functionality were altered to reflect a properly defined set of KPI's.
Next, we used my wireframes to buid and test a flash prototype in Spain, Portugal, Mexico and Canada. We fed the copy to the protoype through XML so we could easily change languages in different countries.
The prototype was generally well received, especially in comparison to the existing site, but we did gather user feedback which contributed to additional changes.
After the PEDAC (Pan European) launch, we came back to the brand with concepts for a global redesign (GDAC). Some of our more notable ideas were an easier to use symptom checker, an interactive body tour to help understand causes, a tool to help make your doctor's visit easier, doctor locator, and a mobile experience.

Once everything was approved, I drew a wireframe for every unique page in the site, and these were used to inform developers & designers.
