Urban Seoul is a S. Korean cuisine mixed with Urban staple food. After
eating there once, I knew I wanted to redesign a more modern menu for them. The ambiance of the restaurant was kind of like eating in a high-rise restaurant but more affordable. So, their bland white paper menu stuck out like a sore thumb. The kind of people who typically go to eat at Urban Seoul are people who live in metropolitan areas and enjoy foods of other cultures but maybe a bit hesitant to try 100% traditional cuisine. My goal was to create a modern menu that would give off the same sophistication that the restaurant does.
