Project Title: Work-Live-Make Bronzeville
Project Description: In creating a 100 year site development plan for the current Michael Reese hospital site, we are looking closely at the past 50 year of growth and development the city of Chicago has experienced, specifically the vertical expansion in the Loop and South Loop areas. As the city continues to grow southward along the lake, we anticipate the Michael Reese area being a residential and commercial hub by the year 2120.
We are creating a diverse community of towers for work and living, situated on commercial and maker spaces as well as amenities such as health clubs. Creating these functions in the district will provide the residences with all amenities for the upcoming century in a community that will effortlessly fit into the growing fabric of Chicago.
