This is the result of Terminal Studio at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and the project developed was based on an intense research of the urban conditions of Sao Paulo. The chosen theme was Mixed Use Affordable House, located in Sao Paulo downtown, the core of the city. 

The program contains a circus school, inspired on previous project of architects Marcos Cartum and Daniel Libeskind called "Circo Escola Piolim". It also contains, besides housing, available space for market and a Day care center.
