Olympus Condominiums

Lilliputian
Tiny House Condos
The objective of this project was to be a part of an established real estate company and create a promotional booklet about the condominium. The group invented the company, Olympus, based off the concept, “A higher quality of living.” There were six different branches of Olympus offered all over the world. Lilliputian Tiny Houses were located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Lilliputian means very small, and this line of houses was catered for customers who wanted a minimal living situation so they could focus on the adventures Jackson Hole had to offer.

The logo that was created is a clean rendering of a tiny house sitting atop the word Olympus circling back to the higher quality of living. The concept throughout the whole booklet was driven around the minimal house and the big lifestyle. The cover of the booklet shows a lush field with a person riding a horse across it. The tiny house is pictured and made dramatically smaller to elaborate on the idea of the focus to be more on the environment than the houses. Deer bigger than the house are off to the side and everything is overlooking a beautiful lake with some morning fog rolling in on the field. A folder, business card, two floor plans, and a giveaway item were made in addition to the booklet. The giveaway item was a key chain of the Tree of Life – the universal symbol from Mother Nature. It represents staying true to your roots and heritage, while also respecting the world that you get to thrive in.
