قام فريق عمل دراز بتصميم حديقة سطح لمبنى قائم على مستوى الدور الرابع في منطقة النوفليين - طرابلس، تم فيه اختيار الاشجار و النباتات بمواصفات تتماشى مع طبيعة العمل و توزيعها بطريقة تناسب الظروف المناخية بالمنطقة و استعملت فيها المسطحات المائية كعناصر جمالية مكملة للتصميم، مراعين فيها طرق التغدية و التصريف وتوزيع الاحمال على المبنى
