Brand + Creative Direction
The Cornerstone Living masterplanned community was born from a vision to enhance modern city living. Located in Sunnybank, this $650 million residential community is the largest suburban renewal project undertaken in Queensland, comprising of over 1200 new apartments and townhouses to be released over twenty stages.
I’ve worked with the developer, Consolidated Property Group implementing a brand refresh and completing all of the sales and marketing collateral for the last six of these stages. From completing a new website, to running a successful digital and social media campaign, designing sales brochures and floorplans, coordinating press and outdoor advertising, right down to the on-site signage and sales office fitout.
