This was a 900 sq. ft. tenant build-out for Enterprise Holdings in Delray Beach, FL. We worked with the Enterprise Facility Standards to provide a new store inclusive of Waiting Area, Reception Counter, Manager's Office, Staff Desks and ADA Bathroom. Services included Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Contract Administration. We also selected lighting and ceiling tile finishes for the client. We helped the owner complete this project in 4 months from start to finish.
