When it comes to the Laumeier brand experience, walking the grounds of the park is core brand touchpoint. It is the reason why people visit. Therefore, the audience experience, especially the first-time audience, should be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Without an obvious staff presence around the park, the only interaction the audience has with the Laumeier brand is the artwork and signage. Therefore, it becomes a major component in projecting a brand personality or tone. It becomes the voice of Laumeier.
