The Master graduation project of multi-functional complex on historical area of Saint-Petersburg.
According to project it contains public functions and it forms open public space, with the pedestrianized street passing through it from Moskovsky prospect. The formed territory comes as a new point of attraction and focuses on residential block dwellers.

Complex formed as composition of four buildings located opposite each other with accent and connection with historical building in the form of cantilever construction.
