Week 7 (Abstraction / Light & Scale)

Undercover
Canon EOS 750D DSLR Photography / Adobe Lightroom used to edit.
1600 ISO / 4.5 aperture / 1/10 shutter speed.
Lego troopers moving through the forest stealthily.
I used my little brothers Lego figures and placed them within the grass in my backyard. Lightroom was used to increase shadows and saturation to make the photo look darker. #imageperday
BB8 Deployed
Canon EOS 750D DSLR Photography / Adobe Lightroom used to edit.
250 ISO / 4.5 aperture / 1/400shutter speed.
Propped my BB8 toy against some Tonka trucks with the sky and trees in the background.
Camera was used in a low angle here to make the objects larger than they seem when they were only sitting on a table. Lightroom used to increase contrast and saturation of the image. #imageperday

The Landing
Canon EOS 750D DSLR Photography / Adobe Lightroom used to edit.
250 ISO / 4.5 aperture / 1/400shutter speed.
A Lego ship flying in the sky ready for landing.
Had to hold the ship by the back as it was tricky hiding my hand from the camera. Once again had to use auto focus as I didn't have both hands to adjust the focal length. Lightroom used to increase contrast and saturation. #imageperday
Corrupt
Canon EOS 750D DSLR Photography / Adobe Lightroom used to edit.
6400 ISO / 4.5 aperture / 1/40 shutter speed.
My friend standing in front of red light at QUT Gardens to make a cool light silhouette.
Long shutter speed used to let in as much light as possible whilst containing the image to be clear. As well as getting my friend to stand in the right position in front of the light Lightroom used to enhance the red colour and highlights. #imageperday
Beacon of Light
Canon EOS 750D DSLR Photography / Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop used to edit.
6400 ISO/ 4.5 aperture / 1/10 shutter speed
Similar to the previous shot my friend stood on front of a light source.
Quick shutter speed used to create as much light as possible from the source to create a light silhouette. In the original image the light was white however I used Photoshop to colour correct it to blue and edit the contrast in Lightroom. #imageperday
