This mixed use highrise is a part of the Lake Park Crescent Development in the Englewood Neighborhood of Chicago. It's an 81-Unit "green" highrise with a mix of market rate condos and "affordable" rental units. Completed documents using Revit as the firm's pilot project. Worked closely with consultants employing the use of Revit throughout the trades. Performed in a leadership role on the project and as the LEED AP Staff Architect for the project; achieved Gold LEED Certification. Led the project through the Chicago Green Homes Program.
