VMware Renewals is a portal with which partners manage their renewal business by renewing customers’ support contracts of VMware products. In this year-long project as the lead UX designer, I was responsible for all design deliverables, collaborating with the Customer Experience Strategist, copywriter, business and dev partners.
UX Goals
+ Redesign existing Renewals portal so users can seamlessly perform their renewals tasks and plan their renewal business.
+ Design within the VMware brand using patterns from the patterns library.
Business Goals
+ Provide capabilities that enable VMware Partners (Resellers/Distributors) to view upcoming Renewals, request for renewal quotes & reports, and communicate with their VMware Renewals Sales & Ops reps.
+ Provide comprehensive visibility into all current Renewal Opportunities, Renewal Performance and Open Requests.
