Faced with a messy native platform on which to run Nikon Singapore's weekly Facebook photography contests, we created NikonCaptures - a one-stop shop to streamline, receive and exhibit all entries. The microsite ran for 1 year and was nominated for the Best Use of Games/Contests/Quizzes category at the Marketing Interactive Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2015.
Housed on a splash microsite in a tab on the brand's page, users could easily browse photo submissions based on monthly themes or contributors, or upload their own.
We supplemented this with bi-weekly Facebook ads to raise awareness, foster engagement and drive traffic to the app.
