A multilingual, interactive book app for the iPad
The Miniature Polar Bear is about a little boy called Jimmy. After a visit to the zoo, Jimmy wants nothing more than his very own pocket-sized polar bear. When he finds a smaller-than-life polar bear under his bed, he does everything he can to care for it – and gets into all sorts of trouble in the process.
This project is super exciting because I'm developing it for the iPad, which means huge creative freedom. I've got an incredible illustrator on board (the illustrations aren't mine, only the words) and we're including interactive animations on every page. Add to this text and professional voiceovers in five languages so far (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Xhosa and German) and you have a pretty awesome little app!
