This project was for a typography ART 230 class. This project required the use of basic design principles using the characters from the Neue Haas Grotesk and Stempel Garamond fonts. The Goals of this project were to see if the I as a student can create a composition that has a focal point/element that invites the viewer into the composition,

has an interesting use of negative space, has an underlying feeling of structure, has craftsmanship, precision and order, and a composition that has enough variety (shape, size, value) to create interest.
