For this project we were tasked with designing part of a magazine. We had to design the magazine's logo, two covers, a table of contents, a department page, a department spread, and the feature story.
To reflect the urban theme I wanted to convey, I chose to have a yellow, dark grey, and white color palette. I chose yellow because I wanted to challenge myself to use a color that I normally stay away from. Also, to reflect the color palette, I made a majority of the photographs black and white, with the exception of a few which remained in color.
