In this group master plan, we first analyzed Gwynedd Mercy University's campus from many aspects. We took this analysis into consideration when we then designed a new campus master plan. Our goals in the master plan were to connect the currently diffuse campus in order to better community and student life.

These design drivers allowed us to set up a framework in which to design our master plan.
By reorganizing some of the buildings, we created more quads and nodes on campus for people to gather. Specifically redesigning the area of the gym and student center allows for the campus to become more open, where it was closed and separated before. We also incorporated nature trails to celebrate the wide array of trees on campus.
