Annual Report
This is project I did for Sanctuary for Families, a New York City based nonprofit that serves victims of domestic violence and their children. I was contracted to help them put together their Annual Report, which each year serves to showcase some of the work that they do.
For this annual report, the focus was on a project that some of their clients took part in. Each client was given a disposable camera and was asked to take photographs of things that hold some kind of meaning to them. A favorite image was then chosen by each client, who then added a series of quotes that further expanded on what the image means to them. In addition, a brief write-up on each client was given that provides additional information about their status with Sanctuary for Families.
