Eco house on screw piles with a shed on the water

In the contemporary world each family needs a house that would be connecting link between the man and the environment. For such people there is a great opportunity to realize their dream - it is a house on the water. This house with a shed which designed for the permanent dwelling, relaxation and communication with the nature is for people who keep a healthy and active lifestyle and are keen on fishing.
This house is designed on screw piles because of the contact with water. It provides easy and convenient mooring of a boat and prevents possibility of seasonal floods. Availability of a private boat dock and a shed for boats, where you can keep your boat in a good conditions and repair it on the second floor – is a very significant priority.
Another additional advantage is that house and planning of the rooms are designed with considering the cardinal points. The southern and eastern parts of the house are almost entirely consist of the windows, through them the sun heat the house. From the north windows are absent.
On the south side of the roof there are solar panels at an angle of 55 degrees - the most optimal angle for gathering solar energy, as it matches to the geographical latitude and rounded in favor of the winter sun.
Basement is installed on screw piles,they don't harm the relief and the environment. The walls are made from a pine timber, insulation is made from reed, which, as a pine, grows near the bank of the reservoir. One more element of insulation is the roof, which is also made from reed.
Small house area, low-cost building materials, the sunlight as the main source of energy.
Area for Fisher's house is located on the bank of the reservoir Loshanskoe, Minsk region, near the village Zagorschina, Uzda district, close to the recreation zone Shishki. House combines all the advantages of the area and links land and water.
