The clients wanted a modern garden, sheltered from the strong winds that swept across the terrace, while retaining panoramic views of the city. They wanted an exciting space for entertaining and relaxing that incorporated inspiration from their favourite artist, Matisse. 

The design frames the fantastic views of the city from the house and the terrace. Dynamic planting and lighting provide an exciting outdoor space. 

Limited access to the site via a lift and loading restrictions on the roof created design challenges on this project.
