With the economic crisis being the center of the attention for most of the companies in Cyprus and Europe we had to find solutions to keep the company active with a smart product.
The idea was to design something at a low price with elegant design and quality to respond to the needs of the low market customers. The land we had to develop was located 15 minutes from Nicosia center, with 6 plots from 524sqm-555sqm and building coefficient 60% and covered areas coefficient 35%.
The final outcome was 3 three-bedroom duplex houses on each plot at the price of a two-bedroom flat.
The project is now being finalized and all 15 houses have been sold from the plans.
