The Tremont Neighborhood 2013 NSP II Masterplan was a design effort done in collaboration with the national & regional NSP II planning process in Northeast Ohio and under the guardianship of Neighborhood Progress Inc in Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland Proper.
NSP II funds aim at rehabilitating neighborhoods through redevelopment initiatives, asset protection and most importantly solidifying the housing stock. I played the role of facilitator and community liaison for the Tremont Neighborhood as part of a larger team working in Cleveland's Neighborhoods.
The Masterplan is an outline intended to be used by the neighborhood and development corporation to target initiatives, seek and distribute funds throughout their community in a way that promotes growth and a stable housing base.
