The Seed Guide is the primary print piece for the brand, delivering brand and agronomy messaging, as well as product profiles and data on the corn, soybean and alfalfa varieties available to farmers. The Farmer Guide, part of the Season Opener mailing, is a follow up piece with additional information on harvest results and planting recommendations, customized specifically for North and South Dakota regions.

In previous years, the Season Opener Kit had been made up of a few smaller,
more specific brochures. By combining the pieces into a single wire-bound brochure,
it feels more impressive and more complete. The horizontal format differentiates
the Farmer Guides from the Seed Guide and while further emphasizing the theme
of big sky country.
