The design iscentered around the idea of circulation and how it informs the spatial qualityof the form.
During the design process we began exploring different waysto manipulate the structure through the
use of designated circulation “tubes”. as the design progressed these “tubes”began to take on a set of
languages translating into different spatial instances. The design now focuses oncirculation, perforation
and light transfer, and the idea of large openspaces that are intertwined with one another. The project was designed in collaboration with Alexander Lopez.
